Free cannot send business emails from AccountFUN. Share public document links or print and download PDFs instead. Every page of a Free PDF includes Powered by AccountFUN.com, including statements, bills, credit notes and reports. Standard and Plus enable business email sending and remove the watermark.
One unique external recipient of a business email uses one unit after To, CC and BCC are deduplicated and suppressed addresses are removed. The allowance resets on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Daily email safety limits apply separately; authentication, invitations and required internal approval notices do not use the business allowance.
One live provider login, such as a Plaid Item, counts once even when it contains several bank accounts. Each active remote-file feed configuration also counts once. Manual local statement imports use no connection allowance. Standard includes 4 connections and Plus includes 10.

Every plan receives platform backup protection. Self-service rollback requires Standard or Plus. Standard includes daily saved points and import recovery; Plus includes finer-grained completed points, within up to 30 days of available history. The recovery screen shows actual saved times and any gaps. These are organisation recovery points, separate from platform disaster recovery and portable data exports.
Free includes documentation and community support. Standard and Plus add priority email support.
Each organisation is one business with its own plan. The owner uses a business seat; the additional accountant seat is a separate classification, independent of role permissions. Each person can own one Free organisation, including an unfinished Free setup. Joining other organisations does not use this allowance; additional owned organisations need paid plans.
