A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need a card for Free?
No credit card required.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Use the Xero migration tools or the organisation import flow, or let AI bring your data in through our MCP and API. Imports are validated and confirmed before they replace data.
Which banks can I connect?
HSBC Hong Kong business accounts can feed transactions through a shared spreadsheet. Other banks can use CSV exports. Supported US accounts can connect through Plaid; check availability for your account during setup. Browse Plaid's full list of supported institutions.
Can I work in more than one currency?
Yes. AccountFUN supports 48 currencies for invoices, bills, bank accounts and payments. Reports bring everything together in your organisation’s base currency, including exchange-rate gains and losses.
Can I make invoices look like my business?
Yes. Start with a template and use the visual editor to customise your invoice layout, colours, fonts and logo. Image elements and uploaded backgrounds are included on Standard and Plus. Preview the finished PDF with sample data as you design.
Can my accountant work with me in AccountFUN?
Yes. Invite your accountant into your organisation and assign a role that fits their work. Use the Accountant role, create a custom role, or enable view-only access so they can review the records their role allows without making changes.
Are features restricted by plan?
Core bookkeeping, custom reports, advanced approvals and exports are included on all three plans. Standard and Plus add automation, uploads and paid modules, with different seat, storage, connection and email allowances.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. An admin can export your organisation data and uploaded files from Admin → Data. The download includes an Excel workbook, attachments and a complete data archive. We’ll email you a download link when it’s ready.
Can I cancel?
Manage your subscription through Settings → Billing. Review the Terms for cancellation and refund conditions.
